Very modern hotel, large rooms, nice view and excellent service.

It was a great surprise the beauty of this hotel, the outside ambiance, and the excellent service. A special thanks to Miss Luisa from the reception she was so kind and gave us a family room which we enjoyed very much and gave us the feeling of wanting to come back.

The hotel, the service, the location, the staff, and the restaurant were just amazing. Our first week was in low season and our last few days were just qt the beginning of high season, and we definitely enjoyed our first week more than our second - but despite the additional guests, there was still space around the pools - both indoor and outdoors.

The bathroom in our room didn't have ventilation which made the room a bit stuffy if we didn't keep the balcony doors open. BUT - the room was still amazing and much bugger than other standard rooms we have stayed in before.

Recommend that you get a room with a sea view.

The sea view from our room was spectacular. The beach is beautiful to look at and the walk along it was beautiful. Our room was very quiet .

With a spectacular view to look at the hotel should have had 2 sun loungers on the balcony. You have to pay for parking directly at the hotel. There are parking spaces on the roads outside if you can find one.

Wonderful. We would definitely go back.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel was exceptional, really clean and a really nicely laid out design. Very well looked after plants. Great choice of food to suit all tastes.

Our room was damp and smelt of damp on arrival. you could see the wet in the wall. It seems to be coming up from the ground and could possibly be from the beautiful large palm plants planted outside. We did mention it and the staff were happy to move us but we didn't want to risk being moved away from our kids, plus, we had a lovely view from our room. The staff did their best to freshen up the room each day.

Relaxing stay in a resort packed with amenities !

Amazing resort. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Very clean and tidy the whole place. We used the outdoor pool and the indoor pool - both are fab. Indoor spa is lovely and free for guests. Even saw a few people use the gym which looked well equipped. Beach is a stone’s throw away - and it’s a stunning beach. Must be 7k+ long the stretch of the white sandy beach. We went in mid Oct and the beach wasn’t that crowded. Staff at check in were v helpful and we had done the online check-in so the whole process took less than a few mins (perhaps our fastest checkin ever). Also on Sat evening they had an amazing entertainment show. My 10yr old loved it and was glued until the end (11pm)- despite having a v active / busy day. Highly recommend this resort !!

Car park is outside the property. We managed free parking outside coz inside there r v limited spaces and we didn’t even manage to get parking inside once in 4 days.

We always love to stay at the hotel ..AN EXPERIENCE OF Paradise on Earth ,

food beach staff all were fantastic and its new look is great very clean the staff are there full of fun and very well trained the hotel management are on hand all the time to help if they are needed for you attention the Beach Bar is fantastic also , it has a very extensive menu of food and drinks Which is great if you are having a day at the beach.

i must say the open air outside bar is very big i suggest one area screened off .as a nice quiet part of that out door pool area , so you can slip in that section and have a few couches and tables for some private chats and drinks with you own friends it give the option to have that quiet area back like it was a few years ago ,oh turn down the fragrance a little in the reception area its vert strong it nice but maybe needs to be just a little less

Enjoyed our stay

Hotel was amazing and kept spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms and stunning view from our balcony. Comfortable beds and plenty of drawer space. The no smoking except in certain areas was adhered to which was a bonus.

The buffet food was only just ok. The meats and fish were good but accompanying vegetables were overcooked and always cold. We’ve stayed a couple of times at the hipotel in Majorca and the food was far superior. A kettle and cups were provided in the rooms but no tea or coffee which I found strange
